No system design by THE EDGE can move forward without significant pre-design time at the customer’s job site. Without a thorough understanding of the customer’s expectations, the intended environment and room’s acoustical properties, our job would be impossible. We fully interview each customer during this initial consulting phase to learn as much about their intended use, and priorities as possible. Such dialogue and interaction is a critical aspect of every EDGE design. It assures that the final product will address the needs and concerns of the customer in a personal and efficient way.
This close relationship continues through every phase of the project, from consultation to design, approval, pre-wire, installation, trim, tutorial and after care. We become design partners, with each side taking a critical role in the project’s success.

With over twenty years of industry experience, we have an opinion. Admittedly, there is more parity in audio/video components than there was in the 70’s and 80’s. But to say all brands are created equally would be a huge overstatement. Most products today have qualities that appeal to certain buyers, though only the best offer efficient design solutions for a reasonable price. As sound and picture quality increases, the cost can become exponentially higher. We sell high performance and value. If an amplifier cost $1000, it must out perform products that are more expensive to meet our rigid standards. The same philosophy holds true at $10,000 and beyond. Every client receives their project manager and installer’s personal cell phone number for support 365 days a year. The sale does not end when final payment is received. Customer satisfaction is an ongoing process that reflects the close relationship between store and client. top
We are a full service operation. We offer assistance in not only component and room design, but in construction as well. We have access to sources for flooring, seating, cabinetry, and other decorative elements. THE EDGE offers pricing for complete projects, down to the studs.

Needs change, as does technology and a person’s budget. As a customer’s interest in home entertainment grows, his desire to improve his system may also change. Since 1992, the innovative upgrade policy of THE EDGE has been envied and copied by other stores – but never duplicated.
Simply stated, any audio purchase may be upgraded to a higher performing model for a minimum of one year. The full original purchase price will be credited and the customer charged only the difference in retail value. Certain video products are also eligible for this program. Extensions beyond the one year period may also be granted, depending on the variables provided. Please ask your EDGE consultant for details.
